IFP was assigned by JFE Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd to carry out Detailed Engineering Design for their M-1 Recovery Project at Lotte Ube Synthetic Rubber Sdn Bhd.
The objective of the project is to construct an M-1 Recovery System — a packed column system that is designed to separate and recover M-1 from VCH, Toluene, and High Boils in order to achieve the desired M-1 purity and specifications.
Glossary: M-1 refers to 1,5-Cyclooctadiene.
